Sub City Donair Kelowna

I was having a really bad day, so I thought I'd treat myself. Thought this place looked interesting. When I came in, I was asked, "How are you today?" I replied with a tired, "Miserable." The guy, the owner, smiled and said, "Well, I'm going to make your day!" He told me about his food, as I'd never had a donair before, and he talked about how fresh his ingredients were. He gave me a sample of his sauces, so I could see what I liked. He was quick in getting me set up with a donair FILLED with chicken! Most places are veggies with a little bit of meat. THIS place is meat with a little bit of veggies! You're really getting what you pay for here! He made sure I knew how to eat it, and he was incredibly accommodating and friendly. It was wonderful to talk to him, and when I started eating the donair, I was in love! I pay that much for a footlong at Subway, and I get a little scrap of meat with messy veggie and a ton of flat, unappetizing bread. But, here? I got a GREAT donair, basically a wrap in a pita, with LOTS of succulent meat, fresh veggies, and sauces that were fresh and flavourful! I have officially taken Subway off my menu and put Subcity Donair in its place for my favourite places for subs/wraps.
